Flok Health provides clinical management for back pain conditions. A panoramic check in feature allowed users to visually select a still that personified their levels of discomfort.

To begin I undertook a market analysis exercise to help the team formulate a clear brief. This resulted in a desire for a clean, realistic and minimal style, with a muted natural colour palette.

For the check in feature we designed a panoramic illustration that users could scroll through to select a still that best represented their current pain level. To personify the differing levels of pain the image progressed from clear and sunny; to dark and stormy.
